Amazing stay at this BnB for 2 nights. The host helped to arrange for pick up service before we arrived and also sent us to the railway station when we left. They were also really friendly and hospitable throughout our entire stay. Breakfast was simple and homely but good. Some insects were in our room which came in through open window and the host helped to resolve the issue really quickly! Highly recommend :)

We chose this hotel because the location is amazing. Our room is facing erhai lake. We can see sunset and sunrise every day. Next to this hotel there's a restaurant that we like and not far from it there's a delicious Thai restaurant. You can walk along the road and enjoy the lake and mountain view. The downside is this hotel does not come with a pool and almost no one can speak or understand English.

Travel with big families and lucky to choose the pullman hotel which has convenient locations, accessible to most of the attractions near the erhai lake. The hotel is very new with fabulous lake view to enjoy the erhai and also xing sheng bridge . We dined in twice for dinner at level 5 grand Chinese restaurant. The food quality is above average and price reasonable with additional 10% off for hotel guests.

The moment I stepped into the room, I was struck by the unbeatable sea view. Through the spacious and bright windows, the blue sea is endless, and the waves are beating against the shore, like a dynamic picture scroll unfolding in front of me. The room is very exquisitely decorated, and every detail shows quality and comfort. The bed is soft and comfortable, allowing me to enjoy a great sleep every night. The indoor facilities are all available, and they are all new and in good working order. The service is impeccable. From the warm reception at check-in to the quick resolution of problems encountered during the stay, the staff always treats every guest with a professional and friendly attitude. The location of the hotel is also perfect, with a beautiful and quiet surrounding environment. You can feel the charm of the sea up close, and you can easily go to the surrounding attractions and business districts.

Homely feeling. - location is accurate, better to contact them in advance for the exact pin and image of the building. Overall, it is a homely + luxurious property with very sweet and helpful owners. Travelers kindly note - Many of the facilities mentioned here on Trip.com are not available. For example it says 24/7 front desk and luggage storage - but there is no front desk at all and staff is not available at night or before 10 am. Better to contact them well in advance before you arrive and not go by the facilities mentioned on Trip.com. Similarly no gym etc.

The newly renovated hotel has a large room area, comfortable bedding, and a wide view on the 8th floor, where you can see the sunset in the afternoon. The hygiene details are very good, which is very friendly to me who has a cleanliness obsession. After checking in, I wiped all places with clean tissues. Except for a little dust on the hanger at the door, other places are almost spotless. The disposable toilet seat prepared by the waiter in the bathroom is provided by a new one every day, and the service is very considerate. The hotel is in a good location, opposite the snack street and Xingsheng Bridge, and it is not far to Walmart on foot, so shopping is convenient. After arriving at the airport, the hotel manager and the front desk supervisor drove to pick us up in person and told us the strategy of playing in Dali along the way. The day before leaving, I accidentally broke a coffee cup of the hotel. After informing the front desk, I paid according to the price. We did not use the 8-hour free ride provided by the hotel. We negotiated with the hotel whether we could offset each other. The hotel disagreed and felt a little ugly and would not be flexible. I stayed in Dali for 6 days. The price at this off-season is very cost-effective. Compared with other chain hotels, it is not so famous, and the breakfast variety is relatively small, but it can basically meet the requirements of family travel.

The room is very satisfactory, the bed is very soft, and the bathroom is very clean. I highly recommend everyone to stay in this hotel. It is also close to the train station. The hotel also gave a guide, which is very different from what I did before coming here. The hotel is still reliable.

Location is conveniently located within 5-10min walking distance from the Dali train station exit. There's escalators and lift to the bridge that crosses over from the train station. Just note that location is 20min ++ drive away from the Dali Ancient City. Gave a 4 stars for amenities as we encountered sudden cold water while showering on the first night, and the toilet lights in the room could not be turned off. Hotel facilities might need to be upgraded soon. Staff service made up for these shortcomings as response was prompt from staff to rectify our room's tv issue on the first day.

Really nice place with an awesome view of the Erhai lake. Pros: - Nice erhai lake view in the day, city lights on the left at night - The room is really clean and well decorated with a virtual fireplace that adds to the ambience - Good location, 10mins drive from Dali Railway station - Relatively quiet at night Cons: - The toilet flush is quite weak, will need to flush multiple times if doing big business - The shower head had abit of water leakage at night even though we had already turned off the taps completely

Moreover, the built-in fan in the bathroom is very comfortable and you can actually dry your hair after blowing it for a while. The bathroom is very clean and the service staff is very considerate. We have elderly people who have specially laid anti-slip floor mats. When you go out, you can feel such thoughtfulness.
