Overall it’s a good experiences, Guest Relations team proactively recovered my bad experiences when we had the breakfast and extend the check out till 2pm with some amenities and fruits delivery. Buffet restaurant definitely need more trainings about how to bring more efficient during the peak hours but service staff attitude are very positive. Breakfast food is ok. Facilities are quite new and well maintained - reception helped to upgrade my rooms as we traveled together and arrange properly. Except the elevator which is quite odd that you have to take excessive steps to lobby. Location is good near the bottom of the ErHai having a great seat view but if you want to go to the ancient city or some ancient towns to the west of the sea you’d better have a car or you have drivers.

It's not too difficult to ask too much of a hotel near a tourist attraction. The sanitation is not as good as a chain hotel. The breakfast is relatively simple, but the small pot rice noodles taste good. The advantage is that it is close to Erhai Lake, you can see Erhai Lake when you open the window, and there is a viewing platform on the third floor, which is suitable for taking pictures.

It is located in the center of the city, very close to major attractions and business districts, within walking distance to the subway station, and very convenient for public transportation. The air conditioner in the room is very effective, the cooling effect is obvious and the noise is extremely low, allowing us to enjoy a comfortable accommodation experience in the hot summer. At the same time, the sound insulation effect of the hotel is also very good, even in the bustling city center, we can have a quiet night. In terms of sanitation, the hotel is kept very clean, whether it is the sanitation of the room or the sanitation of the public areas, it is very good. Our group is very satisfied with the sanitation of the hotel. In addition, the hotel also provides convenient parking services. Although the surrounding parking spaces are limited, the hotel still tries its best to meet our parking needs, so that we don't need to worry about parking problems. Last but not least, the hotel's network is very stable and fast, allowing us to easily complete work or enjoy entertainment while traveling. Our experience at Pullman Dali was a mix of highs and lows, with some exceptional staff and several areas that fell short of expectations for an Accor hotel. The Good: We were fortunate to receive excellent service from Ms. Eleven and Mr. Herman, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. Their kindness and attentiveness, especially when our child fell sick during the stay, were truly commendable. They provided all the assistance we needed, making a challenging situation much more manageable. Additionally, the café staff member, Mona, stood out for her patience and friendly attitude. The Not-So-Good: Unfortunately, the overall experience did not meet the standards we expect from an Accor hotel. Communication was a significant challenge, as many of the local staff struggled with English, making it difficult to get basic information or assistance. The hotel seems to cater primarily to local Chinese guests, which greatly influenced the atmosphere. The breakfast area was chaotic and crowded, and the variety and taste of the food left much to be desired. While Mona was polite and helpful, other staff displayed a dismissive and arrogant attitude. For instance, when we inquired about some of the local breakfast items, the response was abrupt and unwelcoming, as if they didn’t care whether we ate or not. Additionally, breakfast ended strictly at 10:30 AM. While I was still taking food from the buffet, the staff turned off the lights and removed the trays right in front of me without any warning. It felt extremely inconsiderate and left a poor impression. Other Observations: The location of the hotel is convenient, and the rooms are decent. However, the overall experience may be more suited to local Chinese guests rather than international travelers expecting global standards of service and hospitality. Final Thoughts: While there were shining moments thanks to a few outstanding staff members, the overall experience at Pullman Dali did not live up to the reputation of the Accor brand. If you are an international guest seeking a more service-oriented stay, you might want to consider other options.

Very good location 5 minutes walk to main area. Very good service by housekeeper xiao hao. Hotel is comfortable and clean. Breakfast, tea time and night dessert is great. Very easy accessible. We enjoyed our time here. They have transport service to pick you up at the main road and also sending you to nearby places. Highly recommended.

The room looked great and was very comfortable. The location is near the ancient city. There are any places to eat nearby. The staff was very helpful. The tea they provide is also high quality. The only issue I have is with the TV. The box has a large selection of movies and TV series a la Netflix,however if you want to watch regular live TV , the box says that you have to pay. Note that the hotel is located in an alley off Yeyu Road and at first was hard to find.

We enjoyed our stay here. It was in the quiet part of the old town and close to the road where you could get a taxi out. Very convenient. Service was also great and the staff helped us out with some challenges we had with the Chinese online booking systems eg for train tickets. The soundproofing didn’t bother us so much as it was low season so not a lot of noise. The only tiny thing was that there were ants in the room so you couldn’t leave food lying around and had to be careful where you left your belongings.

This hotel is a relaxing oasis just off the bustling streets of the ancient town. The location was perfect to walk everywhere and the hotel itself was really lovely, homely and uniquely laid out, all the rooms seemed to be a little different and had their own delightful particularities. The owners were super helpful and accommodating, even giving us a free room upgrade (comfiest bed I’ve slept in in a while!) and helping out with finding us places to covid test and answering any questions we had about the town. We ended up spending quite a bit of time at the pool because the atmosphere was so relaxing and we even made friends with the hotel dog ‘General’. A great place to experience Dali from!
