The hotel is located in the Hongqi Valley Golf Course, with good environment, large rooms and luxurious facilities. What I need to complain about is the hotel’s business philosophy and attitude towards customers: As soon as I left Dalian Airport on May 9, I received sales at the hotel reception and stadium, skipped the multiple calls Ctrip directly gave me, in the name of a water pipe burst. Asked to cancel the confirmed booking for my stay on the night of the 12th, and told the stadium that I could not play. I immediately replied that any water pipe burst would not be repaired within three days. I hope it can be frank and inform the end time so that it can be arranged. However, the hotel is still prevaricated by a facility problem, so I refused to cancel the order. The next day after Ctrip's customer service stepped in, they informed the hotel that the water pipes should be repaired in the afternoon on the 12th, allowing guests to check in at 17:00, and at the same time upgrading their business suites to deluxe suites as compensation. Haoheng hotel, you are a guest, do you really believe that you can’t take guests on behalf of guests because of a burst water pipe? I have clearly pointed out in my phone whether your store requested to cancel the order because of the reception of the boss and guests. Can't you be honest with the guests so that the guests can make corresponding arrangements? Although your store finally accepted the service after our check-in was good, I also placed an order through the booking company to play well, but if you don’t feel fooled, bullied, or unruly in front of your store, wouldn’t it be better? !
