優點： -離星海廣場非常近，走一點可以看到城堡酒店，和盤山公路/棧道景色一流 -經理服務特別好，提了房間的問題後很快告知我沒有發房間了，送了大盤水果。對顧客的感受/心情照顧的比較好 缺點： -訂的是標間，給的是按摩房。和描述不符，硬件少了幾件。 -按摩間門上大窗户，得夾條毛巾擋，床不是標準床

酒店挺好的，原本訂的海景大床房北上個顧客續住了，免費給我們升級了海景套房，很滿意。唯一不美麗的就是，孩子衣服在6.21號回酒店之後不知道落在哪裡不見了，目前還沒有找到…可以的話還是希望酒店幫忙查下監控找一找…謝謝
