Dalian Shizhou Yunshui Hotel (Dalian Xi'an Road Subway Station Branch)

Traveling with family, this place is very convenient for transportation. The tram stop is right outside, so we took it and saw some ancient buildings. We also went to the beach to enjoy the sea breeze, which was very relaxing.

The bedding was incredibly comfortable, and the location was super convenient. The front desk service was excellent. I even left something in the room and the staff were able to mail it to me! Huge thanks. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Dalian.

The room was incredibly spacious, and there was even a huge bathtub. My friend and I joked that you could practically sleep on the bathroom floor, haha! 😂 However, we had some issues with the screen mirroring feature during our stay, which took quite a while to sort out. I had to call the front desk several times before they finally fixed it. That wasn't a great experience, and I hope the hotel can improve its internal communication.

The lady at the front desk was incredibly kind and efficient. She handled my check-in quickly and thoughtfully, and patiently answered all my questions. The whole experience was fantastic, definitely worth a shout-out! The room itself was clean and tidy, with soft and comfortable bedding. It was spacious and bright, and the soundproofing was excellent, making for a truly peaceful and comfortable stay.

Our butler, Xiao Chen, provided exceptionally attentive and heartwarming service, making us feel very comfortable. The hotel's location is also fantastic, very close to everything, and there's a large free parking lot!

A very satisfying stay! Traveling with a child, the original room type wasn't enough, but Xiao Fei at the front desk was incredibly kind and helpful in arranging a room change within the limited space. Her service was warm and attentive. The room was spacious and fully equipped; overall, a great experience.
