It was nice hotel with great location just nest to subway and bus station takes around 40 minutes to reach downtown. We had great time there

The hotel is clean, stuff are nice, not so far from the subway station but a bit far from the city center.

It's hard to describe. I don't know how I rated a four-star hotel. The front desk service attitude was cold. I went there in the morning and the front desk was almost impatient. Then when I entered the room, there were a lot of hairs on the sofa. Didn't the cleaner see it when cleaning? When I lifted the quilt, there were hairs. Is this how the linens are changed? Then I changed the room, and it was still the same. The linens were dirty and there were still hairs on the table. I called to send a shower cap in the evening. It took nearly half an hour to send the shower cap. The cleaner wanted to argue and said that it had just been sent. I want to know where it was sent. I didn't receive it. Who knows which room you sent it to?

I came to Dalian Citywalk on May Day and looked for a hotel half a month in advance. I saw this apartment hotel on Ctrip. The room area is not bad, but not as big as written on the promotional page (the Ctrip page says 50 square meters, but it is actually estimated to be only about 30 square meters. Is the public area also included?). It is close to the subway station and the transportation is quite convenient, but it is a bit far from the scenic spot. Fortunately, Dalian is not very big, so it is acceptable. The shower and toilet in the room are separated into dry and wet, which is good. The home appliances and furniture are relatively complete, but there are obvious stains on the carpet and sofa, which is probably difficult to clean (the hotel should think of a way to solve this problem, otherwise the subsequent guests will have a bad stay experience). The TV has a set-top box, but you can't watch TV stations.

The parent-child room is very large, with windows on two sides. During the National Day, the light show of the building opposite was held, and the children were very happy. There is a Lawson downstairs, which is very convenient. The room has a large household refrigerator, sofa, coffee table, etc., which is very suitable for parents and children.

The room is a bit old, the facilities are basically complete, the shower water is too small, there are many delicious places not far from the taxi, and there is a convenience store downstairs for shopping.

The room is old but clean. The hardware is old but meets basic needs. The service is good. The hotel is conveniently located and has convenient transportation. It is a must-see hotel for light rail travel.

The sanitation is not very good, the sound insulation is a bit average, you can hear people talking and walking outside, which affects your rest. Other aspects are OK, the price is not very expensive, it's average, no surprises, no accidents.

Takeaways cannot be brought upstairs and can only be placed on the lobby floor in a mess.

It is very close to the Jinma Road Light Rail Station, and it is convenient to travel. There is no traffic jam when going to Jinshitan and the airport. The receptionist at the front desk is very good. I will stay here next time and recommend it to my friends.
