Holiday Inn DALIAN HOT SPRING by IHG

The hotel proactively upgraded our room. Although the room facilities were a bit dated, our stay was still excellent. The public areas' greenery was very well maintained, and it's close to the beach. InterContinental Hotel's service is consistently good, a true mark of quality. Our butler, Lia, was professional and attentive, and the handsome gentleman in the lobby helped with our luggage. Both managers who checked us in were incredibly enthusiastic and professional. The breakfast was also quite good.

Fiona at the front desk provided excellent service. The room was very clean, and the hotel's proximity to the scenic area made getting around incredibly convenient. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit Jinshitan.

Our experience was fantastic, a perfect vacation! The service and environment were exceptional. A special thanks to the duty manager for their excellent service. Choosing to stay here in Dalian was definitely the right decision. It has its own hot spring, and the beach is within walking distance. Both the elderly and the children had a wonderful time. Plus, since we went during an off-peak season, the price was very reasonable.

It was really pleasant to soak in the hot spring and enjoy an iced coffee in the room on a rainy day, especially with Dalian's comfortable weather. Facilities: The room facilities had a charming, retro feel from an earlier era. While a bit old, they were fairly well-maintained. Hot Spring Ticket for Two (Single Entry): The hot spring itself was quite good, though the massage services closed a bit early. Service: Brynn provided attentive and warm service, which definitely enhanced our entire trip. Breakfast was pretty standard, but the scrambled eggs with shrimp from room service were surprisingly good.

An excellent experience! Manager Cao at the front desk was incredibly attentive and helpful. They answered all our questions, upgraded our room, and even gave us complimentary drinks. The hot springs and breakfast were also fantastic. It was truly one of the best holiday experiences we've had in Dalian! 👍

For a relaxing winter weekend getaway, Luneng Hot Spring is always our top choice. We trust the facilities, but what really makes it comfortable is the warm and friendly service. Mary recognized us as returning guests right away and proactively handled our check-in, even upgrading our room. Throughout our stay, she checked in on our needs and provided a fruit platter. It was a wonderful weekend, full of warmth, and we're already looking forward to our next visit.

Our first stop in Dalian was this Holiday Inn, and it was an excellent experience. Our flight was delayed, and we didn't arrive until the early hours of the morning, but the staff member in black was incredibly attentive. Despite the late hour, they patiently helped us with check-in, explained all the facilities, and even offered to carry our luggage to the room. We were a family of three, and even though our room originally included breakfast for two, the hotel kindly added a third complimentary breakfast every day, which was a thoughtful touch. The room was clean and tidy, the hotel grounds were spacious, and it was convenient to get to the beach. As an international chain, Holiday Inn consistently delivers on quality, and I highly recommend it.
