This is a really unique, eclectic hotel! SERVICE WAS AMAZING! Especially in the bar area and restaurant. The food was sooooo good, too. We ate off the lunch and breakfast menu and it was to die for. We had drinks on the rooftop, and that too was spectacular with friendly service and a great view. The rooftop pool area was really nice with fire pit and plenty of lounge seating inside and outside. It was a really fun atmosphere. Our room was HUGE and also had a great view - it was a corner room. Very comfortable. We had a great stay. Also in walking distance of other bars and restaurants. Parking was plentiful and free. I would definitely recommend it.

The hotel was nice and clean. Our room had a nice view of Dallas. The rooftop pool and bar was very crowded.

Industrial-style hotel with free fruit, coffee and muffins every morning
We bought instant noodles at 711 one night, but the room couldn't boil hot water. The front desk actually brought two large glasses of boiling water to the room.
There is a roof bar on the top floor of the hotel, where you can watch the night view of Dallas🌃
The hotel is located in the city center. It is very convenient to go everywhere. I will choose to stay here again if I have the opportunity to come again in the future.

Cool hotel in a good location, but it was 16 degrees outside and the heat did not work. They came to fix it at 10am the next day and it was much more comfortable for the last 2 hours of our stay

Nostalgic hotel transformed from old Sears Roebuck corporate offices. Comfy beds, clean, attentive staff. I’ll def be back!

I didn't like all the pillars in the hallways. They did not have enough parking in the parking lot. I did not like the raw unfinished finish work in the rooms. I liked the bathrooms. I like the beds I liked the breakfast in the restaurant downstairs
