First of all the area is extremely rough… Secondly, my car got damaged due to a long nail that we was sticking out of a car stopper in the parking lot… The entire bumper of my car got damaged and it popped out… I showed it to the receptionist and took some pictures and videos to prove it… The receptionist didn’t even bother to the unfortunate incident and said sorry I can’t help you… They even charge $100.00 incidental charge on my credit card besides the room charges… Later they said they will refund it once they check the room… I am a very frequent traveler, No one has ever charged any incidental charges… I am extremely upset with this horrible attitude… They serve lousy breakfast and literally don’t have anything… It is going to cost me at least $1,500.00 to fix the bumper due to the nail one inch in diagram that was sticking out… The guy didn’t seem eager to fix it so that this unfortunate incident doesn’t happen to any other hotel guest… I would like to report this to the La Quinta Corporate Office… Please provide me their complaint email or phone number…

The room was missing key furniture like a closet. The flooring was peeling up off the concrete. The tv barely had any channels that worked. The AC would cut in and out.

I would not recommend to stay here at all. First, the neighborhood is sketchy! The lobby was pretty, but then you start to head to the elevator and the floors are all bubbled up and the side door to enter in and out were nasty and dingy. The room smelled good, but there was a bug on the bed I had to kill (just a random bug no roach or bed bug), the drawers under the TV were broken and there was a blood splatter on the floor in front of the TV, the duvet had stains and looked nasty so I pulled it off and the walls were all beat up. The TV was from the 90s and the mirror was not cleaned (still had water spots all over it). The pros were the Air Conditioner worked, the shower was clean and the front desk clerk was nice upon check in. This hotel had pretty good reviews prior to my booking, and I’m not sure how. I would not stay here again and would not recommend to anyone else.

The roon i stay in wasn't cleaned, i kill two roaches in the bathroom, scum on the inside doorway of the bathroom, tub didn't drain well so you were standing in water. The outside was horrible, trash everywhere, broken bottles, it might look nice inside, but that can be the disguise.

Homeless people walking around. Abandoned buildings. Hallways in the hotel had a weird spell masked with air fresheners. My first room phone didn’t work, WiFi worked off and on and the microwave didn’t work either. If you’re on a budget, I say go for it but I wouldn’t book back here again

Room was very modern and clean. staff was very helpful breakfast was wonderful. Did not use the gym.
