I love the retro look and the decor but the place needs renovated. The carpet in the hallways were all stained. The trim in the rooms around the bath were all busted from water damage. The mirror light at the vanity wouldn’t work. The sheets feel like cheap tissue paper. We had do not disturb on our door and they came inside when we were gone anyway. We called for bellman and valet to bring our car around at 6:45am and they had no bellman available so we had to carry everything down and then waited over 20 minutes for them to get or car pulled up because they only had one person retrieving cars valeted. The front desk worker this morning was very tacky in her comments and did not put the customer first. The coffee shop girls were always pleasant and polite. The coffee was great!

I enjoyed the unique atmosphere, vintage Rock photographs, decor, the cleanliness, the staff is super friendly. Would definitely go back. The room was nice and the gym/pool awesomeness!

It was very convenient and a pleasant place to stay. Bed and pillows 👌. Shortfall was definitely the shower ( I had to dance around to get wet). Also the shade was broken. They did fix it promptly upon notification however I feel this should have been in working order upon my arrival.

The hotel itself was wonderful. Though the trip was marred somewhat by my experience with housekeeping staff. Check-out time was posted as noon, so imagine my surprise when at 930am the housekeeping staff was knocking on my door and trying to enter my room. I had placed the do-not-disturb sign on the doorknob, and closed the metal latch from within that prevents entrance. I yelled that I was still sleeping and heard them leave. Then an hour later I hear the door rattling again and I get up to go to the door. House-keeping has taken off the do not disturb sign and is trying to open the interior metal latch with it. They slid in through the slim crack in the door and were trying to unlatch the interior deadbolt. I once again yelled "I am still in here!" and they replied, oh sorry we thought you left. How would someone have left and closed the dead bolt from the outside?? I was not able to sleep in before my drive back home, which certainly clouded my overall experience at this property.

Truly, a beautiful hotel with unique interior design. Front desk wonderful and accommodating! Valets were attentive and professional. Highly recommend!
