Fairfield Inn & Suites Dallas East

Excellent customer service. Facilities are very neat and clean. I really enjoy staying at this Hotel

We asked for a non-smoking room. We were put in a room that appeared to be non-smoking as there were no ashtrays however, it smelt like smoke. There was not an extra blanket or an extra pillow available. The refrigerator did not cool and it was very noisy being close to the interstate, but the smell of the room was the worst and certainly was not worth the money to stay there, I wish I had chosen a different hotel, and I will not be staying at a Fairfield in the future.

I absolutely loved the interaction from the start, they were helpful and accommodating. The room was very clean! Would stay here again

Breakfast was ok better on weekends. Housekeeping was off, did not make the bed or vacuum, usually this is done . Left fresh to wells and emptied trash only.

Access to the property is strange and the area is kind of sketchy. The hotel its self was clean and very nice. The breakfast was great and all of the staff were very welcoming and helpful. Will definitely stay here again for my next trip to the state fair.
