Service was lovely. Everyone I spoke to was very nice and helpful. Cold brew in the morning was delicious. Would prefer they provide more savory snacks in the snack area. They say "micro" hotel and mean it. Bed, toilet, sink and shower are all you get. Bed was comfortable though a pillow was stained. Towels are softer than they look. TV didn't work. No storage, closets, or furniture with drawers. Appalling lack of shelving in the bathroom and shower area. "Robo toilet" (bidet) made the toilet seat nice and warm and served as a calming night light, however the massage, rinse and dry features of it did not work --water shot out of the toilet when rinsing, was too hot and burned my private area, dryer and massage features didn't function at all. The entire bathroom becomes part of the shower as water runs from the stall toward the toilet and only a curtain separates the shower from anything else in the bathroom and it's floor. Parking was public, self-parking lots adjacent to their building and across the street and easy to access, though it was $11.15 per 24 hours. As a solo female traveler, I wouldn't walk this area alone after 9pm unless it was a short distance but there are no convenience stores walking distance anyway only restaurants/bars and a park. Not super-well lit and no security. Overall a decent stay. Serves best as a crash pad--somewhere close to everything, cheap, comfortable for a night or two.
