Minta Apartments

Ali and family could not have been more welcoming or helpful. Quiet, residential location 10 minute walk from the river and 5 minutes from supermarkets and Saturday market. Spotlessly clean rooms, pool and gardens. We were allocated a top floor (attic) room, great view of the pool/mountains and breezy during the day but very warm at night. Low ceiling over sofa-bed. No A/C in living room No dining area, toaster or microwave (didn't matter to us) No towel rail/hook in bathroom for towels. Thin wall in bedroom could hear conversation etc in adjoining apartment.

Excellent budget friendly accommodation Family gave a very warm welcome and food was excellent. Apartment clean, good size, bed comfy, nice sitting area, had everything in it i needed for a 5 day stay. Good size toilet with shower. Outdoor balcony very nice. Fly screens on all outsode doors and windows. Remember the mosquito spray if ou go outside. All in all excellent budget accommodation. I will be staying again

Our first time staying in Dalyan. Ali and his family are so friendly and helpful. Always smiling and chatty. We loved the peaceful pool and cosy apartment. The food was amazing. Will definitely be back!

From the minute we arrived we felt at home. Ali was there to greet us with a smile at 3.30am and took us to our room which was a one bedroom apartment with kitchen facilities and large balcony overlooking the lovely pool. Great view of the mountains from balcony. Ali is very helpful and his lovely family is always there to chat to. Sadiye his wife is a great cook and the meals at Minta are really nice. It’s only 5 minutes away from town where there is an array of bars cafes and restaurants not to mention the shops with everything you can imagine for sale. We are already planning a return visit and would recommend these apartments to anyone. Thank you Ali and Sadiye.

Had a lovely time at the Minta apartments , clean and well equipped , down a quiet street but not far from the main road and the centre of Dalyan . 10 stroll to centre /turtle roundabout Pool large and inviting ,nice family run /chilled place and a guaranteed warm welcome x definitely will return

Minta Apartments are excellent We had a very pleasant stay.The accomodation was veryclean and well maintained and Ali (the owner) and his family made us very welcome. We would definetly stay at Minta Aprtments again. Five Stars from us.

Ali, Sadiye and family are lovely hosts who own the apartments. Nothing was too much for them. The food which is cooked by Sadiye, was delicious 😋 Everything is made from fresh. Apartments were spacious and cleaned regularly throughout our stay. Will definitely be going back next year!

Ali and his family are the heart of the Minta apartments. The apartments are spacious and spotlessly clean with all the basics (fridge, kettle, plates, cutlery) There is a pool which is clean and a reasonable size and there was never an issue with sun beds. The apartments are in a quiet residential area and the centre of Dalyan is about a 10-15 minute walk. Our room was cleaned once during our 10 nights, and our towels were changed every 3/4 days. We mostly ate out but I have to mention the homemade spaghetti bolognaise that Ali’s wife makes as it was absolutely delicious. Nothing is too much trouble for Ali, he is a true gentleman and him and his family work tirelessly to make your stay a lovely experience and I would recommend Minta as an excellent budget accommodation with a warm welcome and a relaxed atmosphere. Ali and his extended family are fantastic hosts and do everything to make your stay enjoyable. Thank you Ali and family Baz and Kim .
