Perfect location and very clean rooms. I loved having breakfast on the roof with a view of the tombs every morning. The staff were all very friendly and accomodating.

We booked this hotel at short notice. When we arrived we received excellent service, free on site park, our cases were carried to our rooms.
Staff very friendly. This is an older building but rooms clean. Breakfast served on roof terrace which has excellent views of river.
We could not fault service, infact we booked another visit for October when we have other family members with us.
Would recommend this hotel

Teras efsane.Keyifli ,huzurlu,temiz,düzenli bir apart.Odalar temiz.çarşaflar havlular,herşey yepyeni..Dalyan'ın tam göberğinde.Restaurantların,pupların olduğu caddeye 20 metre mesafede.Terası kral mezalıkları ve nehir manzaralı.Apart daireleri 1+1 şeklinde.mini mutfağı var.Her türlü ekipman mevcut.Yemek yapılabilir.Kahvaltınızı kendiniz sağlayabilirsiniz.İşletmeciler g***t güleryüzlü ve yardımcı.Çok hoşumuza gitti.Aileler için ideal.Huzurlu bir yer.Fiyatları çok makul.Apart dairede 4 kişi rahatlıkla konaklar

Spent one weeks in Dalyando Apart and we had a very nice time. It was so cozy, so clean, so nice. Simply PERFECT. The rooms are cleaned daily, the pool and the garden are well maintained and staff is perfect.. If you want to relax and have a great time this is the perfect place. Feel free to ask from this family anything you want and they will help you the most. Lovely location, extremely clean and comfortable. Very friendly, great amenities- couldn’t fault anything.

Whether you are satisfied with a hotel or not is directly related to your expectations. For us it was more than we expected. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was useful, the kitchen utensils were sufficient, the staff was courteous and attentive, the location of the hotel was central, at the bottom of the river, the terrace garden had a view of the rock tombs and the river, it was in the center, the parking lot was comfortable, and the breakfast seemed like an extra on top of all this. The price is reasonable. It was very nice, I definitely recommend it.

A very clean, pleasant and peaceful hotel. Right in the center of Dalyan. 1 minute walking distance to everywhere. The terrace garden was magnificent. I spent 1 day completely lying in the terrace garden, reading a book, drinking tea and coffee and watching the wonderful view. .The rooms are very spacious.Everything is complete in the kitchen.Cleanliness was very good.We really enjoyed it for 4 days.The music was great.Congratulations to whoever chooses it
