Awful disgusting dirty & worn out with faulty dirty broken and very old furniture . Incredibly mean owner/ management who have no basic knowledge or skills of what hospitality is about I would avoid coming here at any cost. This place is just about fit to accommodate street animals rather than humans.

We stayed in this hotel for two weeks. It was clean and comfortable. The staff were amazing especially Mr Mostafa and Miss Aya, they went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it. THANK YOU for your great hospitality!

Family owned hotel with very good good food. Amazing breakfast. The hotel staff is very kind and friendly. The views from the top rooms are superb and it is located right in the center of Damasco making it easy to go anywhere. The rooms are very clean and the beds comfortable. I recommend it for all purposes l, business and tourism.

El servicio y la atención excelente. Super limpio y la comida espectacular. Es un hotel familiar y eso se nota, destacaría además su buena situacion en Damasco. Sin duda lo recomendaría a todos aquellos que tengan pensado viajar a Damasco .
