Hilton Garden Inn Danbury

This place is awesome!! Staff are very friendly and nice! Rooms are clean and beds comfortable too!

The room was clean, staff friendly and willing to help with whatever you need. We only stayed overnight so it was nice.

The room was fine, comparable quality, cleanliness and condition as others in the same category. They do not off complimentary breakfast which is very unusual and while they do indicate breakfast serving times they don’t point out there is a charge until it is too late. In our case they did allow us to take what we had out on our plates when the inconsistency was discovered. The parking lot was not well plowed and parking was a little inconvenient

EXCELLENT IN ALL AREAS! From the beautifully decorated rooms , to the large (55-65 inches- none of t flatscreen smart Samsung tv’s— to the most accommodating staff, -never seen cleaning maintence smile and be so accommodating ! I hope the one in Preston , CT is just as great. And if it’s not, It will reflect on HOW ********* runs its establishments.

Then hotel was lovely; the staff very helpful. The food was adequate. However, the hotel was cold and even when I raised the thermostat in the room to 74, it never got comfortable,

It was fine. They didn’t have any lights on in the parking lot though during a snowstorm.
