TTelewhaleThe whole season hotel in Yanchang (Guan'egou Scenic Area) is very new as a whole, the facilities are clean and tidy, the room layout is as simple and comfortable as ever, and it is very relaxing to live.
The location is also very convenient, and it is not difficult to travel and eat around. When I checked in, I also upgraded the room type intimately, the space was more spacious, and the experience was directly extra points.
The service staff was friendly and responded promptly. The fruit plate was presented at the check-in. The check-out also helped to call the car to Hadapu Station, which made people comfortable.
Overall, it is a very reliable choice in the local area, suitable for travel or even long-term stay.

✅ Convenient location: Just on the main road of the county, drive to Guan'egou Scenic Area for ten minutes, and it is also very close to the passenger terminal. It is super convenient to eat and buy things around, and there is no need to run far away.
✅ Comfortable room: The room is spacious, the bedding is soft and clean, the bathroom is well separated from wet and dry, the hot water is stable, and the quality of toiletries is online. Some rooms are river view rooms, the view is superb, and the night view is very comfortable at night.
✅ Intimate service: The front desk lady has a good attitude, check-in is very fast, and the response is very timely if there is a problem.
✅ Complete facilities: The hotel has free parking, so there is no need to worry about the self-driving party

GGuest UserThis time I traveled in Yanchang County, Weinan City, Gansu Province. Staying at this hotel can be said to be the most comfortable and reassuring experience of the whole process. From the beginning of check-in, the staff was gentle and neat, without extra guest manners, but they were sincere and attentive everywhere. The overall environment of the hotel is clean and tidy, the corridor is quiet, the room layout is simple and practical, the bedding is soft and comfortable, the hygiene is in place, and the details are not perfunctory, making people feel at ease as soon as they enter the door. Whether it is facilities maintenance, hot water supply, or the overall living atmosphere, it is far beyond expectations, and it really makes passengers live comfortably and at ease.
Especially worth mentioning is the hotel manager. The whole process is warm and sincere, and the work is stable and thoughtful. It really considers the problem from the perspective of the guests. It responds promptly when there is a need. When there is a need, it is patient to answer questions. If there is a need for assistance, it is also active to help. It is professional and decent, and the temperature is not lost. There is no deliberate courting, and the real service is really attentive, which makes people really feel the sincerity and responsibility of the store. The little sister at the bar has a very good service attitude and is convenient to wash clothes. After washing and drying my clothes, it was delivered to the room. It was very warm. 1.地理位置:我的觀點是值得入住。我打的4.5分滿意。理由:這個宕昌縣依江而建，基本上都是江景房，縣城不大，這家就在江邊，走哪裡都不太遠…我們步行去的那個美食街，大約30多分鐘（2公里左右）。
2.酒店設施:我也打的4.5。原因作為一家酒店來説該有的都有，房間如宣傳圖片一樣。沒有什麼特別的，對了它雖有乾濕分離，但是洗浴時沒有放衣服的地方，非情侶，愛人出門的異性出行我就不推薦這家，因為要在外面脱了，再進去淋浴間。
3.衞生條件，我打的2分。原因:如我上傳圖片，這個不多説了，必須在衞生上差評了。毛巾貼身用的這東西，都能臟成這樣。還有我覺得這家酒店至少分管客服衞生的負責人應該是很懶的，應該是管理人員問題。因為餐廳和前台的清潔很好，而我住的這間除了毛巾問題，還存在電視屏幕積灰，洗漱台壁龕積灰，進門衣櫃第二層放裝飾品的鋼化玻璃積灰，茶几底座積灰，書桌下面放地方旅遊推薦書的那層積灰…總之可能是做衞生那個人衹做他（她）認為別人看得見的地方，別人不會在意的其他地方根本不做，我的看法就是員工在偷懶，分管客房衞生的負責人也沒有去稽核和有效管理。
衹是想説:你是一家酒店，最重要的就是衞生。甘南全國名氣越來越大，遊客越來越多，別把自己給作死了。
4.服務態度:這個我打的4.5，當然當發現問題後，我要求房間所有毛巾更換，前台也很快安排了，更換毛巾的人員也做出了很誠懇的道歉。這個態度我是接受的。還有一些事，酒店工作人員處理上也是挺好的，所以這個是滿意的。

The entrance to the scenic area is also not far if you are here for that.
Super friendly receptionist/owner that really went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and gave some great recommendations for local restaurants (all in Chinese obviously, not English).
Would stay here again if I’m in the area.

GGuest UserI went to Guan'egou Scenic Area to live here. The location should be relatively close to Tanchang County. It is not very lively. The whole building is a hotel. There is a hotel parking lot in the backyard. It is a very old four-star hotel, but the interior is better than expected. Around 300 is considered to be relatively cost-effective. It is very close to the scenic spot and it is more convenient.
