Four Points by Sheraton Fort Lauderdale Airport - Dania Beach

Overall service is below average. Lady at the front desk did not greet us at all and just cold demeanor . Problem with toilet, had us move to different room, no apology(same Rep who helped us at the front desk. We do travel frequently and is was a reminder not at Four point.. Courtesy van driver in the morning at 7am gave us the exceptional customer service!!

Hotel room was clean, large and comfortable. Location was very near the Cruise port which we liked, Breakfast was excellent for the Saturday that we were there, Staff were very nice and helpful.

The hotel was very nice. My only problem was with the fact that they told me that there was Shuttle pick up until 11 PM. When we arrived at FFL at 8:15 PM they told me they stopped their pickup at 8pm . It’s funny since I called two days before and was told that they would come and get us up until 11 PM.One of the reasons we chose this hotel was for that transfer so that was a bit disappointing.

Luis is the best bartender I ever met, so friendly and funny. If I ever go back to this hotel, Luis is the reason.

All my husband and I needed was a bed for a few hours sleep between flights and this hotel was fine for that purpose.  I can't comment on any facilities or dining, but the room is only average, especially the bathroom.  However, the frustration arose due to the elevators.  We had to wait ages for one to arrive (there were two) and it turns out one elevator was being used by the room cleaners with their large carts.  When the elevator finally arrived on our floor it was of course full because many people had been waiting.  A bit stressful when you have a flight to catch and you have to get either a taxi or wait for the  hotel's shuttle bus.  We chose not to wait. Would I use this hotel again?  Yes, for a one night stopover, but I would plan ahead to give myself extra time in case the elevators were a problem!
