The hotel staff was amazing, the room was ok. The shower door would not stay closed, there were hairs all over the shampoo and conditioner bottles that are mounted in the shower. The hallway carpet and overall appearance could used some help. I understand college kids probably trash things, but the carpet could be cleaned.

The bathrooms needed to be cleaned better. There was hair in the shower that was not ours. Shampoo and conditioner were out and did not have a blow dryer.
Front desk person was very professional and helpful. The bed was comfortable. Location was great.

The rooms were spacious and had plenty of storage. The showers were big with glass doors rather than a curtain. My only complaint is that their coffee is not good.

The desk clerk, Anson, helped remedy a luggage mixup that could have ruined our trip if he had not tracked down our missing suitcase and single-handedly retrieved it before our cruise ship left.

We stayed for one day post-cruise. The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and was able to get us an early check in time coming right from the cruise port which was greatly appreciated. He also gave us some information on nearby restaurants and some things to see.

The room and the hotel is great ..some of the staff need to learn how to be friendly ..many times I would say good morning and the cleaning staff would just ignore you ..there was also one desk person that was also very unfriendly and Stern

This is simply an average place to stay and not worth the almost $300 a night cost. We spoke with another guest and their room was just as expensive plus they had to pay the exchange rate as they were from Canada.

Place is not great. Doors stick and found bottle caps under sleeper sofa. In general it’s run down and needs updated.

The floors and carpet were very dirty. We had hair on the shower floor. The sheets had a sweat smell, and not from us.
