Great Hotel in an excellent location. Some crumbs on our floor when we got in. The elevator seems to be very old and not maintained.

The hotel took 1 hr to get us from airport even though I called and they said they would send shuttle, then the morning shuttle didn’t work either. The building is dirty and elevator in shambles. Avoid this hotel if you can

The hotel is in a great location . Close to port and airport. The receptionist at the desk needed a course in customer service. The other Receptionist was lovely though.

Lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The airport shuttle runs on the hour every hour and is greatly appreciated and punctual. Only slight complaint is that the hot tub was cold.

We had paid for a junior suite with a pull out sofa for 3 of us. The hotel did not have that room available after their remodel. The old rollaway bed was offered. The only space available for it was right next to the noisy fan. Complete false advertisement on the room snd It was an uncomfortable sleep for one of us. The bathroom was nicely remodeled and the restaurant area provided a nice space for our group to gather. The staff was kind. The carpet and interior did look freshly remodeled

Restaurant kitchen could not produce food for my wife and I at the same time. 15 minutes after my food was served I asked the waiter where my wife’s food was and was told it wasn’t ready yet. I told him to take mine back and have the chef remake both to come out at the same time. Fifteen minutes later both dishes (mediocre at best) were served. This was happening at other tables as well, with several people leaving.

The only complaint we would have is that you can't cover the window so you have complete darkness. The staff was very gracious and courtesies, giving us each a bottle of water which was much appreciated. They let us check out an hour and a half later than what is required. But best of all, when we got off the cruise ship & went directly to the hotel, they let us check in FIVE hours early. They bent over backwards to accommodate us!

As soon as we got our luggage we called for the shuttle ans by the time we got.to where we were told to meet it, it arrived, no wait, no muss, no fuss
