We had a wonderful overnight stay at DoubleTree by Hilton. The staff were warm and welcoming, and the famous warm cookies at check-in were such a nice touch. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, making it easy to unwind after a long day. We truly appreciated how smooth and stress-free everything was from check-in to check-out. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and enjoyable hotel experience.

Highly recommended! We booked again for 2 nights because we loved it so much. The staff are all very helpful, the room is clean and comfortable, and free parking is a big plus. The location is a bit away from the city, but that’s exactly why we enjoyed it — peaceful, private, and quiet.

The hotel pool was fantastic and very clean. The front desk service was excellent. Our room offered a wonderful view, and it was so comfortable to just sit and enjoy it. The room itself was spacious, and parking was convenient. It's truly a great place to stay, and the breakfast was plentiful.

The ambiance was absolutely dreadful, perpetually dim and gloomy. The facilities were old and severely neglected: the sink in our room was clogged, and shockingly, the blackout curtains were riddled with holes. The ancient window air conditioner was as loud as a tractor; it was either stifling hot without it or unbearable with the noise. Even the screws on the bathroom ceiling were heavily rusted. To make matters worse, I was astonishingly double-charged. Despite the room being prepaid through Ctrip, the front desk demanded an additional $397. After going back and forth three or four times to try and get a refund, I got nowhere – their attitude was utterly dismissive and rude. Finally, the mattress creaked loudly the moment you sat on it. This was an extremely poor check-in and overall stay experience. I strongly recommend everyone to avoid this place.

Hotel is good overall but a bit worn down and old. Checked in on a Saturday night with multiple weddings so understandably crowded lobby. Overall a nice stay, but probably needs an update in the next few years.
