It wasn’t clean as of th Ed whlrr whole week I was there my oven didn’t work

Service and Amenities section would have scored “5” if there was an iron in the room. The ironing board was present. Location is tricky because you learn from listening to Directions that you must drive through a plaza and pass a Planet Fitness, then take a right turn. Some signage to Property would be helpful. Otherwise, I had a great stay, and will go again.

My husband and I were in the area for a surgery and because of a reservation mishap at a different hotel we found ourselves having to make a same day reservation at Candlewood. Doug and the rest of the staff made our arrival and check in a breeze, they were even able to accommodate our special requests. The only odd things about this hotel is that it’s built a bit awkwardly with a split entrance way that made things feel cramped leading to the front desk. Also the one ice machine in the hotel was hit or miss and had to be reset twice before it started working - but overall neither of these oddities were big enough to detract from what was a comfortable and convenient stay.

Staff was super friendly and met our needs when we asked to change rooms due to ware and tare of the furniture. We were very satisfied with the cleanliness of the establishment.

Honestly one staff member was really rude, and she also forgot to assign us a room, (the room she gave us, and we had been in.) and it was just messed up, but still all of our items were in the room, and I was thinking of the what ifs. Besides that the room wasn’t ready, and she consistently asked “are you sure you need a 2bed” mind you, 6 people.

I was amazed at how nice the staff was especially Asia who works checking people in! She was so sweet and willing to do whatever she can to help. The rooms were so clean and very quiet as well. This is my new go to hotel, when I need one!! Thanks to all the staff who were friendly and helpful.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating, but the stove and coffee maker in the room we stayed in did not work properly, the toilet ran and the shower dripped constantly. Housekeeping did not restock the coffee supplies daily, but it didn’t matter since the coffee maker didn’t work right anyway.

Building is okay structurally and the space design is convenient and great. However, our room was just dirty, carpets have stains some from careless paint drips some colored and nasty from what i dont know, stained pullup old sofa bed, dirty sheets, greased counters that havent been wiped. It looks like they have long term tenants there and no budget on cleaning and replacing furniture. Vety dissapointing for the brand. Never going there again.
