Customer service is not good.
I booked a room with a queen bed and a single bed through Trip.com.
They say there is no room like that here, but they don't know why it's listed like that on the website. The manager says this is the first time something like this has happened in 20 years of working, and he apologizes to the customer at the end of the day.
When the other person called from his room, he told me to come down to the lobby, but he couldn't even respond. I was really annoyed because I didn't know what to do.

Overall Review: The trip to Danyang was good, but the accommodations were disappointing.
1. Facilities: Old. The bathroom walls were broken in some places, and the overall room felt old.
2. Supplies: Insufficient. I booked a family room for 4 people, but the only towels were four face towels (smaller than regular towels...). If you would like to receive additional towels, we recommend bringing them as there is an additional charge.
3. View: It’s nice to see the mountains.

I was looking for a place to stay while traveling Danyang with my friends, and Sonomun was the best.
Room condition was not the best. It had a slightly outdated feel.
Still, it was the most comfortable among the surrounding accommodations, and the room was warm, so I slept well without being cold.
