房間環境特別的舒適衞生，性價比很高，非常的實惠，每次回儋州必住的酒店，前台小姐姐態度很親切，熱情友好。我就隨口問問我預訂的房間是不是我之前住的房型，前台問我要不要換房間可以給我升級。後面就給我換了房間，太貼心了

前台服務態度很差，晚上過去在辦理入住的時候時間太長，就問了一句還沒好嗎這麼久，前台馬上很不耐煩的懟我們，而且上了房間問有沒有一次性拖鞋，前台説客房有，結果找了整個房間一雙都沒有找到，讓他們説有的話幫忙送，結果一直説房間有，客房一般般，但主要是服務態度惡劣，不建議入住，
