Hotel staff, especially reception has very good service, especially towards elderly. Helped us with the check-in and also recommend us to nearby places to visit. Place is pleasant, clean place and very kind towards us. Highly recommend!

This hotel is the best hotel I have stayed in in Hainan. The room is large and comfortable, with wet and dry separation, and a cloakroom. The breakfast is delicious and the service attitude is good. Full marks in all aspects.

Before checking in, I confirmed with the front desk that breakfast for children under 1.4 meters tall is half price. Breakfast must be charged full price the next morning. They also said that their company stipulates that children over 1.3 meters tall must be charged full price. At that time, I didn’t want to talk nonsense with them, so I paid them directly. Later, I don’t know why, but they realized their conscience and came back half way. Anyway, the whole process was quite disgusting! ! !
