訂酒店的時候很不愉快，提前一天確認訂單行程，前台服務員態度不禮貌，通過攜程調解才得以解決。當時承諾入住的時候升級房間並附贈果盤，然而實際入住並沒有任何錶示。服務意識有待增強。 附近景點儋州千年古鹽田如圖一，太失望了，東坡書院不錯喲，值得逛逛～鹽焗雞可以一嘗

房間設施齊全，還有小愛同學。 唯一比較遺憾的是在保税區附近，春節期間屬於比較安靜的地方。周邊吃的地方都不是太多。而且停車位相對緊張，晚上去了趟海花島，回來沒位置了。哈哈，好尷尬。

房間簡約大氣，一進去有種很舒適放鬆的感覺。裏面還很貼心的配置了茶和書籍，床品也很不錯，睡得很舒服。餐廳裝修大氣，食物也很豐富，精緻美味。這次剛好遇到平安夜，酒店還很貼心地贈送了兩份平安夜禮物，處處體現對顧客的用心，是回家的感覺。這就是為什麼每次出行在外必選華住，感謝全季酒店的用心服務。下次還會再來！
