In my room have a big hole to see next room. I feel uncomfortable 😞. When i told staft he laugh and don’t do anything. So bad service

Good hotel with a great location near restaurants and small markets. Rooms are clean with good views of a square. Rooms have a TV, lounging chairs.
Hosts at attentive and helpful. Good place for a one night stay when passing through to Yading Nature Reserve. The village of Shangri-la (Riwa) is quaint town worth visiting for a day or two to enjoy the serene, laid back feel and get a taste of traditional Sichuan cuisine.

The room is very clean. I heard from the waiter that it was newly renovated at the end of last year. The carpet is spotless. The front desk service is very good. It is worth recommending to friends.

The first day we stayed in Litang, the altitude was too high, so I didn’t sleep well all night. I had high altitude sickness and felt very uncomfortable. This hotel is in Shangri-La Town.
