Good location , clean & neat . Staff there very helpfull . Beeakfast nice

We arrived before 11am and were given 2 upgraded suite rooms immediately. The rooms were clean, comfortable & huge. When our flight to Chengdu was cancelled, we needed to stay an extra night and the hotel was quite full. The counter staff was very accommodating, allowed us to continue staying in the suite & matched the discounted internet room rates. For free & easy travellers, having breakfast after 8am would be less crowded.

Great room. Good staying

First of all I would like to thank the 2 young women on daytime reception for their help, particularly in translating- I speak neither Chinese nor *******. When I stayed, this hotel had huge clientele, - even though the National Holidays were over- many coaches and minibuses. With so many people there for one reason - walking in the Yading National Park - breakfast had a base-camp feel, as people rushed to get to the mountain or the airport. The situation of the hotel is good just outside Shangri-la Town (and right next door to the hospital) It is convenient to get to the scenic area whilst staying at a relatively low height...altitude sickness being a risk at these heights. The room was cosy and warm.

This time I stayed at the Zhixuan, and I was also scared. After all, there are only two brand hotels here. Whether you are from Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen or other first- and second-tier cities, don't use harsh standards to demand. The pillowcase must have been used for n years, and there is also a rain shower with AI human body recognition. It lowers its head when it sees people. It's the first time I slept on a plywood bed in a brand hotel. At breakfast, a big brother next to me ate a tea egg and made a Godzilla sound, which scared me to look down to see if my tea egg is also a five-year egg.

The room was clean and the hotel upgraded our room for free. The experience was very good. It was a pity that I got up late and didn't have breakfast. The hotel is just downstairs from the scenic area and the location is very convenient

The room was clean and tidy. It was a hotel chain I liked. I was quite satisfied with the restaurant because the food was unexpectedly delicious, especially the dinner. The breakfast was simple, but the quality of many kinds of food was better than I expected. The coffee and small crispy meat were delicious.

Dianzhu and Xiao Zhang provided very good and enthusiastic service. They also introduced the scenic route. The room was clean and hygienic. I slept very comfortably. Tashi Delek, hahaha

The hotel has a good location, warm rooms, convenient parking, affordable prices, and excellent service. I would like to mention the front desk staff Wang Dui and Dian Zhu, who were very enthusiastic and took the initiative to change us to a bigger room and gave us a fruit plate in each room. I am very grateful to the two handsome guys for their enthusiasm, which deserves a reward. I will come to the hotel again next time, and it is worth recommending to all my friends on Ctrip.

We were so lucky! We met Lisa and Qin, who were very friendly and welcoming to us. It was very quiet at night, not noisy at all. We were in town the night before and had a restless sleep. This hotel is highly recommended!

The room is quite nice, clean and sanitary. Xiao Zhang and Xiao Qin are very friendly and helpful.
