Holiday Inn Dar ES Salaam City Centre Reviews

Two weeks ago, I began my trip with a few days at the Holiday Inn, and I am now concluding it here. The staff remembered me, and just like before, I was greeted with warm, smiling faces from the moment I arrived until the moment I left. The service is consistently excellent, making every stay a pleasant experience. I highly recommend staying here for anyone looking for great hospitality and service.

This is really the worst Holiday Inn I've ever stayed in. Even the Holiday Inn in Batang is not as good as it. The air conditioner broke down for no reason and it doesn't cool. The carpet in the room is very dirty. The hot air in the shower room can't be pumped out. Very bad experience. I won't stay here again.

The hotel is run by Indians, the service is poor.

The location is good. It is a 15-minute walk from the beach. Even in the CBD, the service staff are very friendly and polite. The breakfast is very good. The 360-degree restaurant on the top floor is still a bit far from other introductions. After entering the door, I suspected that I was going wrong. The small lobby and the front desk of a service staff are not comparable to domestic holidays. There are a lot of hotels around, and I went to see others to know that they are not as good as this one (there is a five-star hotel next to it, don't compare, the price is doubled),

Good hotel. A little "tired" but overall ok. It was quite humid in the room. The staff is polite and friendly. I would not live here for a long time, for 1-2 days it will do.
