This is a comfy stay in the heart of dar es salaam ! Please go to Joshua in the front desk who will make you feel very much welcome and even offer you upgrades, and free welcome Tanzania wine and fruits! Shout-out also to Khadijah our housekeeping manger who made sure all is smooth at arrival.. Really appreciated! Room is classy, clean, and sharp! Hotel is in good location few steps from ferry terminal. Personnel are extremely friendly! Please stay here.

We had to change hotels and ended up having a last minute stay at the Four Points Sheraton. We were able to check in early. The property was clean and well kept. Excellent service. Thank you!

The single beds are a little too small , overall the hotel is good and clean , staff are all very friendly and helpful , the 9th floor top bar is under maintenance therefore not open to visitors at the moment

International standard hotel. Very close to the ferry terminal to Zanzibar Island. Welcome fruit was given. Unfortunately, there was no hot water in the bathroom. The waiter said it would be fine after a while. After about ten minutes, there was still no hot water.

Very good hotel, strong sense of service, good location, rooms meet the standards of star hotels, and good value for money. The only thing is that the airport drop-off arranged by the hotel is much more expensive than taking a taxi.

Due to the flight delay, it was already night when we arrived in Dar. We arrived at the hotel in a daze. It was not as luxurious as we imagined, but it was still elegant. The double bed we booked on the platform was probably full, so we arranged a double bed + a small bed room lol. Although the brothers were not unfamiliar with it, haha~ It took a little time to check in. The room was clean, and there was everything you could need for water and self-service coffee. Since the meeting lasted until the early morning, I got up after less than 3 hours of sleep. After all, the breakfast was good, which comforted my tired stomach and was also a kind of compensation. The overall feeling was good. The price was a little high, but the accommodation experience was OK. It was very close to the port. In the morning, we caught the boat to Sang Island. The hotel was only 5 minutes away from the pier, which was quite convenient!

All the staff were very friendly. In the cafe in the lobby the service seemed slow to me, it has always been that way. It can be improved.

The service staff had a bad attitude, the room was small, and the toilet was too high, so when I sat on it, my feet were off the ground.

The window of the room faces a large platform. The hotel is located very close to the ferry terminal. It is not impossible to walk here without taking a taxi. The hotel breakfast is so-so and ordinary.
