Relaxing and very peaceful

It was a restful stay.Well structured and good customer care.

Really good value for money, everything is good. Watch out for crows at breakfast, they always come to snatch my food. The waiters are also very nnice, responsible and conscientious. Love the gym!!

Beach hotel, suitable for business trips and family vacations, please remember to bring toiletries

The hotel front desk service is very poor. I waited for more than 40 minutes at the front desk before checking in. The hotel does not have a hair dryer, slippers, toothbrush, toothpaste and water! The front desk also told us that the service is over after the delivery, and they will not help us deliver necessities again.

Satisfied, stayed here many times.

This beautiful resort accommodates families, couples or business retreats. There are entertainment for everyone. The seawater wax a bit murky when I was there but the two outdoor pools made up for it. The room was a bit small but had everything you would need on your journey. Everything was in good working condition.

What an amazing venue..... I spent 4 days here and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is located on the beachfront with it private beach, swimming pools and amazing restaurant. The purpose of the visit was for a conference and the hotel pulled out all the stops to ensure we experienced the best of Tanzania. Why have I only given 4 stars?. Well despite all the pros, the one con was a single room service meal I ordered. On my last day it was pouring with rain so I decided to eat in. I ordered a papaya salad starter and a steak and chips with a coke and ice. Well the food arrived within the estimated 45 mins. There was no papaya salad but instead a green salad. The steak was a little overcooked but not a train smash for me. There was no coke and no ice. The lady said she would go and get it. She returned 10 mins later without the coke but with a card machine insisting that I pay instantly.. I paid and asked about my beverage... She would be right back. 15 minutes later I had finished my meal when the coke arrived minus the ice. I do not put this on the hotel but on an individual performance from a server whose head was not in the game. This would not deter me from returning to this awesome hotel. Outside of the individual experience, the food was out of this world and staff provided an impeccable service.

I fell ill when I had just arrived at White Sands Hotel. The support from the staff has been just amazing. Lots of diligence, attention and above all kindness.
