I was pleasantly surprised. Hotel is easily accessible without passing through the city, though city center is only 5 minutes away. Check-in process was quick and friendly. Room honestly exceeded my expectations. The junior suite was spacious, the foldable sofa bed was already prepared for our daughter. The room was clean, and the bathroom big compared to other hotels. Breakfast is good and plenty. Parking garage is available for 14 euro a day.

Perfect. Nothing to complain about. They welcomed us with super friendly attitude. Room was big and clean. Breakfast was super nice. I can fully recommend this hotel

Overall not bad, just 2 minor concerns though, 1) no hot water (just luke warm) in the morning for shower, 2) a bit of not pleasant smell coming out from the bathroom

Very good, not far from the city center, half an hour drive to Frankfurt. Breakfast is also good. If you don't want to live in Frankfurt and find it too crowded, you can consider staying here.

I have stayed at this hotel several times. There is nothing wrong with it. Clean and the staff very friendly. The public transport connections are simply great. I would be happy to come back anytime.

The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, the room is clean and tidy, especially the breakfast is very good, with many varieties and good coffee, so it is recommended to include breakfast in the stay. Food was very good, location is fine. Park in front of the door on the street or pay for a parking garage. Telephone in the room did not work. Toilet did not look fresh. Can recommend the hotel.

A big disappointment was the fact that the restaurant was closed. Unfortunately, this was not apparent in advance (online booking), nor was there a note on the attractive menu, which was brightly lit in the evening, informing guests that the restaurant was closed. That was very annoying.
