The hotel is starting to show its age but was worth the discounted price. It's really 3.5 stars. The junior suite was large and reasonably comfortable.

Really nice, clean place to stay. All staff were friendly. Our Junior Premier Suite was nice and clean. Nice views from our balcony. Was good having ceiling fans along with air conditioning. Bedroom was a bit on the small size, living area was nice and big. Rooftop lounge is a nice place to go. Spectacular views from there too. I'd consider staying here again and I'd recommend this accommodation to others!

Love staying here it’s my go to place every time when I’m Darwin staff friendly has great views the poolside rooms are great just walk out th door and you’re swimming. City centre is only a 10 minute walk away plus electric scooters available right out the front should you feel inclined to use instead of walking

Rooms was clean and facilities are good. Affordable price with Trip booking service deal. Would recommend and I will stay again.

Its ok. A bit strange service from one of the receptionists, the only treadmill was out of order and bring your sunglasses because the light in the room is brighter than anywhere in the world (no soft light is present in the room). Breakfast was a la carte (maximized budget) and no fresh juices. Besides that it a nice suite with great balcony and pretty much most things you need.

Got good reviews about the place, although vegan options in the breakfast buffet weren’t the widest, but overall a very nice place to stay!

The hotel offered exceptional service and the room was very comfortable and facilities were great. All the extras that were included, from a complimentary drink on arrival to the 16th floor 360 degrees viewing for sunset, free canapés and snacks. Highly recommend

Rooms have a full kitchen including washer/dryer and full size fridge. Beds are very comfortable. Very spacious with a large outdoor area Staff are very helpful and friendly. Rooftop bar has great views

It's tired and not as "zen" as it thinks it is. Sporadic room cleaning service. Big rooms with dated decor. A nice happy hour on the roof with (understandably) free mediocre canapés. A 10 minute walk to the "action" (such as it is). You can do better...keep looking.

I always stay here when I'm in Darwin 😊 This time, the room had a different interior than usual. It was a barrier-free room with no partitions, making it easy for wheelchair users to stay in. It's good value for money, and I'll definitely stay here again.

I don't understand why so many people gave it good reviews before. The room was terrible, the facilities were old, the front desk service was awful, and the restaurant insisted we hadn't ordered breakfast and made us pay for it. Even providing our proof of stay didn't stop them. After breakfast, my family all had diarrhea. I strongly advise everyone not to come here. You will definitely be disappointed!
