I am very satisfield with the service provided by the staff. The staff are warm and friendly. As for service, they help me to book DIDI and resolve transportation issue. Also recommend tourist sites and the route to take and explore as well as where to eat.
I was also surprise by the staff who personally sent me to the High Speed Train Station due to miscommunication This show how committed the hotel management is to their guest.
As for the room, it is clean and tidy. The bed is very comfortable. The toilet bowl comes with ultra voilet light and the daily upkeeping of my room is very satisfied.
The hotel is very generous with free bottled water, fruits, coffee anf tea and supper to their guests.
I would come back to this hotel to stay in my next trip and recommend this hotel to my friends.
I will give 5/5 stars rating to this hotel.

第一、從到達酒店前台開始，工作人員態度惡劣，非常急躁，我在攜程上標註的要求，工作人員説沒功夫看，這就是你們星級酒店的工作方式？第二、晚上回到酒店發現有床鋪上污垢很多，衞生堪憂。第三，大半夜的找來值班經理解決的方法就是從別的房間抱回一套被子，這就是解決問題的方法？第四，早餐幾乎沒什麼可以吃的，不僅種類少也非常難吃。第五，從我入住到離開無人解決問題，衹會説我們給您記錄一下。希望大家擦亮眼睛！

酒店亮點：入住前酒店主動聯繫詢問是否有入住需求，並在入住時給主動升級房型，房間寬敞明亮，花灑水流很足。
吐槽部分：房間衞生可能做的不夠細緻，地板上很多上波客人殘留的指甲蓋（因為就在小米音響枱子下面），房間裏的小冰箱是壞的（住了3晚一直到離開水沒有涼！）電梯為標註的兩家酒店共用，上下樓等待時間比較久耽誤時間，早餐也是兩家酒店共用餐廳，人巨多，房間隔音一般，正好趕上暑假晚上走廊裏各種小孩吵鬧聲，很耽誤休息。
差評低分原因：
如果衹有以上部分，並不需要給差評低分，
25日晚上結束遊玩回到酒店（大概11點5分左右），天氣熱想跟前台要兩瓶涼水，詢問前台冰箱裏是否有涼的水（因為房間裏的小冰箱是壞的！），前台這時可能在幫另一位客人查詢什麼看都沒看很不耐煩的説沒有，我愣了一下看旁邊冰箱裏應該是有水的，詢問能不能幫我確認一下，前台直接無視我，我們尷尬的等了好一會，再次問是否可以確認一下，前台這才走過去拿了一瓶，我説還需要一瓶，前台極其不耐煩的又拿出兩瓶跟施捨的口氣一樣説了句都給你吧拿走吧，直接給我整不會了。
請問你們有對酒店服務人員進行過培訓嗎，我入住酒店不是來受氣的，暑假期間入住的人多房價都溢價接近平時兩倍了，也請你們拿出專業的服務出來，這個價格大同也是有很多好的酒店可以做選擇的，一來到大同碰到的人都很和善去的地方也都挺開心，真沒想到還有這種不愉快的事情。

環境、設施、衞生都無可挑剔。房間面積大，安靜隔音好。前台和保安大叔服務好，熱情貼心。停車方便，地上地下都有充足停車位（免費）。早餐尤其驚艷，餐廳面積大，品種多，口味地道，吊打同級別其他酒店！
