Haomuxuan Hotel

This is the worst hotel I've ever booked. I asked the front desk if they had a washing machine. After checking in and using it, I went to the front desk and couldn't find anyone. They were already closed. I called and they said the washing machine door was locked. And the washing machine is still in the kitchen? What kind of crappy hotel is this? No one's on duty at night. The bed is incredibly hard. The environment is terrible. Don't stay here. Don't stay here. Trust me, you'll regret it. Everyone who reads negative reviews should really read them carefully. This hotel is terrible.

The facilities are old and the kettle is dirty. They said they would replace it, but they didn't change it until check-out.
