Very friendly and helpful front desk and service staff. Good amenities, own washing machine, foam hand wash, good AC, nice decor, central location, to eateries, park and Datong ancient city.

Convenient, it was so easy to find food. It was located just on top of a shopping mall Parkson, Block A. Within 5 mins, there was also a public bus stop easy to get around within the city. Room is spacious and clean. There was also washing machine in the room for easy washing of your cloths after the day. Overall a pleasant stay.

The room is spacious and clean. The location is perfect. It locates in the A Building, next to the Parkson shopping mall. Right in front of the mall is the street food where many local come and get their breakfast and dinner. The receptionist is very nice and kind. She is always reachable and willing to help. The room has fridge and small washing machine which is perfect for both short and long stay. very worth the money.

The auto-check in was fast and efficient. It was a little hard to get to the hotel, they have two locations. First in tower B, but the rooms are in tower A. The room was clean and tidy, and they even upgraded my accommodations. Highly recommended.

Bit difficult to find and with the communication. I thought it was a hotel but it’s an Airbnb type of accommodation. Internet is slow and unstable, thin walls (could easily hear neighbors) and first time in China where the sockets were not matching my plugs to charge my phone or laptop. Bit disappointed but the Starbucks is downstairs nearby so I was able to charge my things there.  For what I have paid, not fully worth the money.

Cai is friendly and approachable. the room is tidy and clean. She let me kept my luggage in my room on my last day while visiting Yungang grottoes. She is also very responsive on Wechat. I dont speak mandarin but translation app helps us communicate. Location- is super convenient ie next to Parksons mall, less than 10 mins walk to Datong wall etc. Highly recommended.
