The environment is absolutely amazing! It's so quiet, and the room gets fantastic natural light and is spotlessly clean. The front desk staff, especially a young woman there, was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout my stay, promptly assisting with any issues. I felt so comfortable here, I'll definitely stay again next time!

In the afternoon, they offer complimentary exquisite afternoon tea, free bottled water, and free popsicles, which is so thoughtful. The service attitude is excellent, very patient.
