入住體驗極差，此生不會再來！
提前半個月預訂的大床房，到店後被告知房型售罄，強行安排到臨街的特價房，房間小到行李箱都打不開。前台態度冷漠，説“要麼住要麼退”，投訴後老闆3小時才出現，全程敷衍道歉，毫無解決方案。
房間衞生肉眼可見的差：床單有不明污漬，床單破洞，衞生間角落積着毛髮，淋浴噴頭出水斷斷續續，水温忽冷忽熱，鏡子全是水漬，馬桶圈還有臟漬，請問呢？你們衞生怎麼打掃的，半夜被窗外的汽車噪音吵到失眠，打電話要耳塞，前台説“沒有”就掛了電話。
早餐更是踩雷，七點半到餐廳，就個刀削麪，麪又少又油，重點是還涼了，讓熱一下還不願意，説是廚師，其實也就是老闆她媽做飯，而且聽她和別人對話還説她感染了幽門螺旋桿菌，嚇得我飯都沒吃，請問感染幽門螺旋桿菌還能做飯呢？口罩都不帶，衞生呢？還可以收拾餐盤時全程摔摔打打。退房時發現牀頭櫃有上一位客人遺留的垃圾，提醒老闆後對方還翻了個白眼。
酒店位置偏僻，就在個住宅區，周圍全是民宿，很難找，宣傳的“免費接站服務”實際接站都不接，告訴自己打車來吧，沒有司機，花着五星的價格，享着快捷酒店都不如的服務，設施陳舊、衞生堪憂、服務傲慢，絕對是我住過最糟糕的酒店，勸大家避雷！

都還行，但是大同古城內鬧甲蟲，房間內密封措施沒做好，入住時窗户是開着的，紗窗有排水口導致很多甲蟲爬進房間，一晚上碾死四五衹。後來我們自己檢查了窗户把它關上並且噴了殺蟲劑才好的，凌晨才睡下。前台小哥服務不錯半夜也出來和我們聊了，但是房間入住前檢查實在不敢恭維。前一個民宿就無此類情況發生。

看的出來老闆裝修是花心思和費用的，使用了很多智能化的產品，房間也很乾凈衞生！幾點不滿意的地方:1.知道有客人入住，房間竟然未提前準備熱水，導致洗澡中間無熱水了；2.房間的隔音效果不好，夜裡睡覺的時候，樓上的下水聲音很影響休息；3.智能馬桶蓋不是全智能的，使用起來需要研究半天
