The front desk service was exceptionally good, especially Chen Peng, Huang Leyang, and Liu Jiao. I'll definitely come back again. Thumbs up! 👍🏻

The hotel has an outdoor and underground parking lot, along with charging stations. The breakfast offers a good variety and tastes decent. The rooms are spacious and clean. There's also a laundry room and a gym available. The front desk staff were patient and helpful. Overall, it's a pretty good stay.

Ambiance: The overall ambiance is great, and the design is also very good! Cleanliness: Generally acceptable, but there were some drawbacks as shown in pictures 2, 3, and 4. Facilities: The chair for the desk gets stuck on the carpet! You have to physically lift the chair to move it!

The room was spacious and bright, and the bedding was really comfortable—I felt completely at ease. The breakfast spread was excellent, and they even had my favorite knife-cut noodles. The hotel's surroundings were also lovely. In short, I didn't want to leave after the first day, so I promptly extended my stay!

This is a new hotel with a great location. Datong isn't a very large city, and a taxi to the ancient city only costs about ten yuan. The hotel's decor is quite impressive, even featuring an atrium that's beautiful at night. The service is also excellent. At the breakfast buffet, Xiao Yan from the hotel knew I was checking out and driving a long distance, so she specially made me a cup of coffee. That was really thoughtful.

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The hotel has its own parking, which made coming and going very convenient. The surrounding area is just okay; there's a noodle shop nearby for quick meals, but if you want something a bit nicer, you'll need to walk about 800 meters.

The hotel room was very clean, and the front desk service was incredibly warm and thoughtful. Ms. Gu Xiaorong saw that we were traveling with our whole family and a child, so she went out of her way to give us an extra breakfast, which made our trip to Datong feel so heartwarming! The underfloor heating in our room was constantly too hot, so I called the front desk, and a male staff member immediately moved us to a new room. We're so grateful! All in all, the Hilton Garden Inn's service is absolutely top-notch in every aspect!

Very good! I chose this hotel for my trip to Datong. The staff was very enthusiastic, the breakfast was delicious, and the room was also very clean.

The price was a bit high during the Chinese New Year, but the service was good, and there was plenty of parking, including an underground garage. The front desk staff were very attentive. The room had a convenient wet/dry separation, and there were daily welcome fruits. The fruit wasn't anything special, but it was packaged in a bag, which was handy for taking on the go in a tourist city. The only minor drawback was that the breakfast didn't change at all during our three-day stay. The butter was at room temperature, and at the live cooking station, the noodles were pre-cooked and just re-heated when someone ordered them. Plus, the person cooking the noodles had an impatient attitude towards everyone. However, considering the price, which would typically be around 200+ RMB on a normal day, these points are understandable. Overall, it was still quite good.
