Whenever I travel, I always choose to stay at a Jinfeng hotel. For my Shanxi trip, I picked Jinfeng in both Datong and Pingyao. The location is great, very close to the ancient city, and everything you need for food, lodging, and transportation is convenient. The pickup point for my one-day tour was also nearby. It was lovely to wake up early and explore the ancient city, getting a feel for Datong's local culture and customs.

I can be a gentle and tolerant person, or I can be a perfectionist. But here, even if I were to be picky, this place still deserves my utmost praise. Seeing the hotel pictures online, I had some reservations. But upon arriving, everything was a pleasant surprise. I even regretted not checking in sooner. I love reading, and there were books here; I loved the desk and lamp in the room. I also loved the decor. Even the bathroom tiles and the shower design were simple, practical, and convenient. Because it's a newly opened place, the furniture and facilities are quite new and of high quality. The ventilation is also excellent, preventing any breathing difficulties. I felt completely relaxed and at ease. Thoughtful, comfortable, reassuring, and happy. But this wonderful experience quickly took a turn for the worse. Carrying my things outside, I returned to the hotel to look at the books in the lobby. Instead, I was questioned by a woman with a serious expression and an arrogant attitude. Luckily, I had my room key, otherwise I would have thought I had committed a serious crime. She reminded me of a stern and rigid middle-aged female teacher. The reading area was mediocre in quality, and there were always people whispering in some unknown dialect. It made reading feel like a pointless activity. The facilities were okay, but the service was so-so. The breakfast was bland and tasteless. Some guests talked excessively, oblivious to others. The room facing the street had floor-to-ceiling windows, so the soundproofing wasn't very good. Staying in the room for a while made me feel stuffy and irritable. I was thinking of staying another night, but decided against it. Also, every time I entered the room and inserted my card, the curtains automatically closed, and the TV started playing a voiceover by the spokesperson "Hu Ge." These two automated functions felt superfluous and noisy. I also didn't want to be disturbed by private WeChat messages. Other aspects were acceptable, and the front desk staff were reasonably friendly. Overall, if you want an experience, it's worth a try.

The receptionist and cleaning staff were both very friendly. The room was very comfortable. However, it felt slightly poorly soundproofed, as we could hear people talking and watching TV in the next room. Overall, though, it was great; the mattress and pillows were very comfortable. The hotel breakfast was also delicious. Highly recommended.

The hotel room was clean and hygienic, with modern facilities. It featured an automatic flush toilet, automatic curtain closing with a card, a cute robot for food delivery, and Wi-Fi. This was my second stay at Zhefei Hotel. It's affordable, clean, and the service is good. The front desk staff were friendly and polite, making the stay very comfortable.

Facilities: This newly opened hotel is clean and spacious overall, smells wonderful, the shower water is strong, and the mattresses and pillows are very comfortable. Cleanliness: Quite clean; I didn't find anything wrong with it. Environment: The hotel has both above-ground and underground parking, suitable for travelers by car. The soundproofing is excellent; you can't hear any noise. It's close to popular restaurants, and delivery is available. Service: The staff are friendly and attentive.
