Such a wonderfully warm and thoughtful stay! After booking, the front desk attendant sent over check-in instructions. When we missed the underground parking entrance, she even came down to meet us and helped with our luggage. Throughout our stay, she provided excellent, smiling service. The environment is really lovely; our ground-floor room was right next to the courtyard gate, making it very convenient to come and go. Since we didn't book breakfast, she even gave us a snack pack, and we received a souvenir when we checked out. So happy! I've been so busy since returning that I'm only just getting around to writing this review properly.

Very clean and hygienic, with enthusiastic service, making for an overall comfortable stay. Their disposable towels are a thoughtful touch. It was my first time at a hotel where I didn't have to unpack anything—just walked in and relaxed. I'll definitely choose this place again next time!

My stay at Daiwang Linli Homestay in Datong was absolutely fantastic! After booking, they proactively reached out with a detailed guide covering dining, accommodation, and transportation tips. We just followed the guide, and it made our trip super easy and stress-free. The homestay is located right within the ancient city, so we could walk to attractions like Huayan Temple and Daiwang Mansion. The room was clean, tidy, well-arranged, and incredibly spacious and bright. It was very comfortable to stay in, with absolutely no strange odors. The front desk lady was warm and attentive, ready to answer any questions. Her recommendations for food, drinks, and entertainment were spot on, ensuring we had a great time and enjoyed our meals. Parking was also convenient. All in all, it was a very satisfying accommodation experience, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit Datong!

Although Shanxi is very cold in winter, the room was warm, with plenty of hot water, clean bedding, and I really liked the room's style! Service: From the moment I booked the room, customer service called to ask what time I would arrive. Even though the room already had heating, they turned on the air conditioning in advance. They also thoughtfully applied for a parking space from the property management and quickly sent me the location and navigation video. After confirming we arrived at the parking space, they even came down to pick up our luggage. The service was truly impeccable! Because we were going out for a stroll, the front desk even kindly asked if I needed a mask, worried I'd get cold. Hehe… When we checked out the next day, they even gave us a thoughtful "souvenir"! Wow! I can't tell if it's the hotel's service that's so good, or if the people of Shanxi are just so kind! Hahahaha

This was a complete surprise! I highly recommend this guesthouse! The owner is incredibly kind and attentive to every detail. We arrived quite late, and the owner was waiting for us, even coming out to greet us, help with our luggage, and get us hot water. The place was also super clean! They even provided small gifts and snacks – it was amazing!
