We booked three rooms n stayed for three nights consecutively at xiyun hotel . We will like to express our heartfelt gratitude towards three lovely front desk staffs namely Li Lu,Nanbei n Ms Wei. Very approachable and service oriented staffs They will go to extra mile to accommodate our requests n concern.they are an asset to the hotel industry. Clean hotel, staff very friendly to help me as a foreigner. Only issue is that it said it had a window but did not. If I get a window room, I would definitely stay again.
