Kyriad Marvelous Hotel

The hotel's surroundings are excellent, very close to the old town. The rooms are spacious and kept very clean, and the staff provide great service.

My colleague and I stayed at this hotel during our business trip to Datong. The environment was great, the service was excellent, and the location was very convenient! 👍👍👍

The hotel experience was extremely poor; the standard room, priced at over 600 yuan, was severely overpriced. The water supply was interrupted suddenly at 10 PM and wasn't restored until 12:30 AM, during which time I couldn't wash or use the toilet, severely disrupting my travel schedule. The hotel lobby also had a pungent odor, and service was lacking; there was no luggage handling service whatsoever. Of all the accommodations I stayed at during my ten-day trip, this was the worst experience. The hotel seemed to be blindly following trends by inflating its prices, and the facilities and service were completely unworthy of the price.

Overall, the experience was terrible. The washing machine was broken for the entire three days I stayed, and the breakfast was also poor.

The soundproofing is so bad, I didn't sleep well last night.

The room was very clean. The hotel location was very convenient. I also got a free room upgrade. The laundry room was also available. The staff were also very friendly.
