前台服務態度真的絕了，安排在五樓，但是得爬樓梯，讓幫着提下下箱子都説沒義務，還説什麼我都提不動她也不可能提動，這種話真的不適合服務行業。哪怕你説找人幫忙也行，沒得一點人情味，沒得一點服務意識。
住酒店不推薦選這種地方。

首先非常感謝前台姐姐，自己在辦理入住的時候把錢包丟到酒店大堂了，要不是前台姐姐撿到，光補辦證件我都會崩潰，真的很感謝🥹還有酒店的工作人員都非常的熱情，讓人感覺很舒服，環境也很贊，最主要的是停車方便，這個價格入住這個酒店真的是超值，下次有機會肯定還會再來🫡

這個房型屬於上下樓，適合朋友多的那種一起出行居住 樓下有棋牌桌的 雙衞生間 很方便的，我們是從方特出來直接導航到這裏，離方特也不是很遠。十多分鐘路程吧。很好，住宿還贈了兩張澡票！

這家住宿的房間衞生狀況實在讓人堪憂，這一點讓我有些不解——畢竟大廳與樓道的衞生維護得相當到位，地毯也潔凈如新，可一進入房間，體驗感就截然不同了。
房間內，射燈上掛着長達30釐米的蜘蛛網，十分顯眼；地毯乍看尚可，仔細觀察便會發現佈滿了毛髮與灰塵；床單被套雖肉眼可見乾淨，但躺下後能明顯感覺到潮濕，影響休息體驗。真心希望下次入住時，這些衞生問題能得到改善。

房間跟進了，地下室一樣，可憐的衹給提供2小瓶水，後面補了個鐘點房更離譜吃飯沒椅子沒地坐沒被子沒水？房間有點像毛坯房……但是阿姨的服務態度特別好值得表揚很認真很細心繼續保持！

衞生比較差，房間隔音也很差，隔壁講話的聲音都能聽見，前台服務態度也不好，兩個人對着一個男的笑臉相迎，我問其中一個前台直接無視我，總之服務態度是不太好的體驗，洗漱台水龍頭也是很難開關不靈活
