五星級酒店，設備太差了，中央空調衹能制熱不能製冷，整個房間像桑拿房，根本沒法住。聯繫客房，衹能加電風扇，然後拿了兩個紙片給我。衹能開窗户透氣降温，温度也下不去。

出差以前衹能定連鎖酒店的標準，這次沒想到能住大同排名前二的酒店，淡季價格真的很划算，設施一流，服務態度也超級滿意..特別早餐也是相當豐富，第一次遇到早餐就能吃上牛排的酒店！入住和離店後的流程很簡單方便..還主動升級了房型..下次去大同出差還是會首先！

不愧是大同排名前二的酒店。房間很大，設施齊全，住了三天每天打掃很乾凈。酒店早飯不錯，還有免費的游泳券，服務態度都能符合五星酒店的標準，淡季價格不貴，超級有性價比的體驗！下次來大同還會是我的首選！

Upgraded free to non-smoking. Polite and patient front desk services. Top rated breakfast served with variety of local foods, well selected and prepared. The room was huge and clean with all toiletries provided. The only downside is quite far from the tourist attractions. The traffic was heavy on the working days. But the hotel location is near to the train station Datongnan, about 10mins drive. Very easy to call taxi.

訂的雲崗酒店 結果入住時酒店出於好心給予升級到了隔壁的温德姆至尊豪廷大酒店 本來挺感謝酒店的行為 但入住後發現温德姆的管理有很多地方欠缺 首先入住時發現洗手池的水龍頭和衞生間的開關上還有之前沒擦乾淨的水漬 晚上用吹風機時結果屋裡竟然飛起了毛毛 可見平時打掃時地面沒弄乾凈 早餐更是恐怖 温德姆和雲岡的早餐是合在一起的 分別在餐廳的兩端設定取餐區 關鍵一邊取餐區東西比另一邊還多幾種 兩個取餐區相距至少50米 如果坐在一端去另一端取餐太遠 而且人多的恐怖 酒店還不限流 如果中途取餐後再回來時 餐位就被別人佔了 而且酒店對這種問題很不重視 衹能説温德姆新開的硬件確實不錯 但軟件管理還有待提高
