JIANGUO HIDDEN HOTEL

This is my third visit to Datong, and this hotel was by far the most satisfying. The room was incredibly spacious, clean, and completely odor-free. After checking in, housekeeping promptly came to set up the sofa bed. The front desk staff were all very welcoming from the moment I checked in. Seeing I had two children, they proactively offered slippers and kids' toothbrushes, and even complimentary breakfast. All our needs were anticipated and met without us even having to ask. The hotel's location is also excellent; it's very convenient to take a taxi to the Ancient City. Since we stayed during the off-peak season, there was absolutely no noise disturbance. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Datong.

Facilities: Excellent! The kids' room was well-equipped with plenty of toys and picture books. My child absolutely loved the small slide. Cleanliness: Very clean. Ambiance: Elegant and refreshing. Service: Superb! The ladies at the front desk were not only beautiful but also incredibly kind, thoughtful, and attentive to every need. They were really nice. The cleaning staff were also very considerate; after the room was tidied, there was an abundance of tissues, mineral water, and other supplies. Plus, there were complimentary drinks in the in-room fridge.

The room facilities are excellent, the environment is clean and tidy, and the service attitude is great. Each room is spacious, and it was very warm even in winter. We also received a small gift with the lithium battery, which was a nice touch.
