People congregated in another room and were super loud until 4am!! Also couldn’t block the light from the window at night. Had to wait to check-in until the housekeeping lady found someone to check me in (who apparently decided to leave the premises for a break). The housekeeping ladies were great, however, and the room and breakfast area was very clean. Based on all the issues, though, I will not stay at this hotel again.

Stayed while passing through town. Hotel is at an exit with alot of food and store items. Overall it was very clean, and everyone was really nice. Breakfast was great in the morning as well. Room was clean, no complaints.

The property was clean and well maintained. However, the staff is lackluster at answering phones and maintenance requests - my AC/heating unit died and it took four requests to even get someone to look at it who couldn't fix it. They said they'd switch me to a new room but I didn't hear back from them. Reaching out was fruitless and I was stuck in a freezing room in December for two days. At checkout when I brought this up, they said they were booked; that's understandable but the lack of communication on the matter was inexcusable.

Stayed after visiting friends and family, as well as Hersheypark. Comfortable room and nice complimentary breakfast. Location was convenient to various restaurants for dinner as well.

Smaller hotel away from the bigger ones. Room had some wall dings ans could use some touch ups. The bed skirt had bleach splatters.

The best hotel stay i have ever had. I had a 5 night business trip in harrisburg. Staff was friendly and very accommodating. Was greeted at check in with cookies and ice cream. How could it get any better then that. Breakfast was hot and good each day. Room was spacious and clean. Room staff were very friendly. Love this hotel. My only place to stay in Harrisburg. Best around.

After a tiring day it was a nice place to land. The staff were welcoming and offered me ice cream. That small token really meant a lot after a long day of walking and being on my feet. It was a very kind gesture that stood out from other places I have stayed. Kudos!!
