The cleanliness was average, and the service was okay. However, having a café downstairs that stayed open late was very convenient. Considering the price, the quality of the room was actually quite good.

The location is very convenient and the rooms are nice. This is my second stay in Madeline Boutique Hotel & Suites, and quality is good. The TV wasn't working this time I was over, and I found the breakfast choices a bit lacking this time around, but it's good that they have choices for Filipino breakfast or American breakfast. I chose the American breakfast for two mornings (didn't get to eat the 3rd breakfast as I had to check out earlier than expected) and the bacon could be cooked a bit more toasted. There's also WiFi in the hotel that is accessible in the cafe at the ground floor and in the rooms up to the 3rd floor, but the connection was sometimes unstable so I hope that can be fixed. My mobile data was more stable than the WiFi at some point.

Poor internet connection. Signal is also hard to locate. The place itself though is very comfortable just wished they had better internet and cell service. Also wished they had a buffet breakfast instead

It was nice.

We had a great time, convenient check in process, spacious parking, very spacious, nice and comfy room.

The room is so clean. The staffs are so accommodating. They have a great food selection and I love the free breakfast!

Cleaness

The actual condition of the hotel is very different from the photos on the internet. It is not a boutique hotel at all. There is no drinking water, the soundproofing is very poor and it is very noisy at night, and there is nowhere to go nearby.

This hotel would be good for holiday travelers looking for clean, basic accommodations. But it is not ideal for business travelers. The internet connection in the rooms is intermittent and a bit weak. The noise of traffic & the outside filters into the rooms. The amenities listed in the booking sites are not present such as hair dryers, bathrobes etc. The curtains are not blackout as listed. There is no free bottled water for guests. Some of the rooms, such as my colleague's room did not have a working hot shower and ventilation was poor. The hotel though is clean and the location is near the center of the city.
