This is, without a doubt, one of the WORST places you could stay in Davao. Years ago, this resort was a reasonably good place to stay. But it has steadily deteriorated. As you can see, most of the positive reviews were from many years ago. The rooms are run down, no water pressure in the 2nd floor in the EARLY evening. Forget about a shower or flushing the toilet on the 2nd floor. Upon informing the staff of this, it was the typical "oh well, thats the way it is" reply. The room price has gone up while everything else, quality wise, has gone down. There is no wifi at all anymore (used to be available in the lobby) breakfast not included. Still does not accept credit card, cash only. Electrical in the room we were in was sketchy at best, with one of the outlets just stopping working for no reason, in the kitchen ( not a breaker, I checked them). Bathroom door cant shut because the actual latch hole in the frame is broken, the bathroom floor grouting looks like it was done with gobs of epoxy, the plastic door has 2 big holes in it. No curtain on 1 of the main floor windows. The table supplied in the "kitchen?" was so bent and warped my laptop could not sit straight on it. We gave this place one last chance as we left after only 1 night previously, due to excessive noise and a filthy swimming pool. We will not make the mistake of EVER coming here again. The staff told us the management has changed AGAIN, this would be the third time, I believe. It is really a shame about this resort. It could be very nice if it was properly cared for and managed.
