My recent visit to D'Leonor Inland Resort was marked by disappointment, as not only was the advertised wavepool unavailable, but also the resort engaged in deceptive practices and exhibited poor customer service. Upon reaching the resort, we were informed that the wavepool was out of service due to an alleged electricity shortage. Shockingly, the cashier failed to mention this while accepting payment for wavepool access, knowingly taking our money for an attraction that wasn't operational. The frustration escalated when we sought assistance from the front desk, hoping to discuss the situation with a supervisor. However, the front desk staff denied our request, claiming the supervisor was unavailable. This lack of accountability and refusal to escalate the matter to someone who could address our concerns added to the overall dissatisfaction. The resort's failure to communicate the unavailability of a key attraction, coupled with deceptive practices and unresponsive customer service, paints a concerning picture of D'Leonor Inland Resort. Prospective visitors should be wary of these issues before considering this resort for their leisure activities.
